Buzzy Bee is an iconic toy many Kiwis had as a child. When you tow it, it whirs and the yellow wings turn. It doesn’t do much else, except look colourful, which is good although a bit unusual – most Kiwis refuse to whir or look colourful.
One of the first public photos of Prince William was in NZ in the early 80s playing with one which the Government had saved up for (they’re about $30 each nowdays). I doubt that his parents would have left it in the last bin before the Departure Lounge – it will presumably be in storage with the Jewels at the Tower.
Anyway this Bee is on a mission. You just know he’s not going to blink before it’s done.
