First of a new series of older, mostly Edwardian, downtown Wellington buildings These are mainly heritage-protected so, in theory, should out-last us all – but when you live on the Pacific Ring of Fire, you can’t take that for granted (as reflected in the drawing perhaps).
So, it’s also my (minor) contribution to the historical record.
