Click through on the Gallery below for a slideshow of 34 Hiroshige-influenced Wellington scenes (meisho-e = pictures of famous places). I have tried to imagine how Hiroshige (1797-1858) may have shown Wellington if he was alive today.
Prints – Archival quality giclee prints available – professionally printed by Picaflor Fine Art Printing on 350gsm photorag etching paper, mounted in imported acid-free mats (white with black edge) on Eskaprint backing card, packed in clear show bags- see 3rd last image below
$60 for 10″x10″
$78 for 14″x14″ (external mat measures)
The 6 rectangular ones are A4 -11″x14″ and $48
Frames – Black thin profile frames are available for the 10″x10″ images at $30.
I may have 14″x14″ frames at $45, otherwise I can steer you to NZ supplier/s -Art for Arts Sake etc.
(can I recommend to local people that you ask for frames also, these sizes are a bit bespoke in NZ now (used to be standard at Briscoes, but no longer), so I supply frames at near cost to assist. Totally up to you of course)
Greeting cards available of Moonrise at the Beehive, Bucket Fountain and Great Wave at Oriental Bay – 125mm square, clear wrapped with envelope – $5.50 each, 2 for $10, 3 for $13.
Email: alistairsart@gmail.com (numbers and titles below the Gallery). All $ inclusive of GST
Postage extra at standard NZPost rates. I may be able to deliver framed prints to the Wellington CBD case by case, or you could collect from Paremata (collection is preferable to posting glass, although that is possible of course)
(Resolution reduced to 860px on some images shown)
All originals (acrylics on stretched canvas 12″x12″) were sold by Exhibitions Gallery, Wellington at my June 2021 “In the style of Hiroshige” solo exhibition, excepting 3 sold at my 2014 exhibition and 3 retained.

Where can I view the the wellington prints?
Sorry Alan, I didn’t spot this – alistairsart.com/2020/02/25/gallery-of-wellington-scenes/
PS Alan, if you meant viewing the prints themselves, they are not in any outlets, I direct supply – I live in Paremata, you can view here or I come into the CBD occasionally,
Wonderful post.
