Haha, even calvados wouldnt fix the local sausage – andouillete (I googled it), “pig chitterlings, tripe, onions, wine, and seasoning” Its A+ disgusting. Red v blue v yellow works for me (colour blind), ie the primaries, so anything goes if you dont overdo it (like calvados!), Cheers Tony
